What Exercise is BEST for you to lose the baby weight? 

Exercise is important, let me tell you why: 

Not only does it relieve stress, it's good for the heart (cardio), it strengthens your muscles which allows you to do more as you age, look sexier, and more toned, and it helps you lose and maintain weight. These are the things we REALLY want right? 

So how do you figure out what is the best for you? I'm going to tell you how with these steps:

2. Find out what you ENJOY doing. This might take some trial and error if you don't have a Coach to help you or you haven't done a ton of different types of exercises. 

3. Start slow, modify, and put your blinders on. We all lose track and have to begin again. To prevent injury, be sure that you go at a pace that pushes you but doesn't cause pain or you to feel defeated. Don't compare yourself to others, no one is exactly where you are but you. 

Here's the SECRET to exercise. Find your "soulmate". Do what makes you feel good. Once you get into a routine, you'll be more willing to try new things and like different exercises for what they can do for you. It's a process. I know from experience. 

Even though I've been exercising in some form for most of my life, I get stuck and have to start over with what I love to just get in a routine over and over again. You can do it. I believe in you.
