Combat Fatigue and Get Energized

Are you a Mom that feels fatigued, stressed, anxiety, depression, like you're going in circles?

Hormones are a critical part of keeping your body in balance.

Did you know that around 64% of women take some sort of pill to help them with these issues?

Here's the deal. If you have an imbalance in hormones, you need to fix the imbalance, not cover it up by taking a pill.

When you take a pill you are never going to figure out HOW to fix the imbalance, essentially the problem is going to get worse over time.

In the mean time, here are some tips and ideas to get you on the right track. Remember, this isn't going to happen overnight, it will take time, consistentcy, and dedication to yourself. Here are some things you can begin creating habits around and begin to be more concious of your daily choices. 

-Eat more whole foods

-Move more 

-Lift Heavy things twice a week

-spend 10-15 minutes a day doing one of the following; meditate, prayer, quite time

-yoga/pilates/piyo

-drink more water

-read or listen to 10 minutes of good books/podcasts right when you wake up or after a workout when you wake up. 

-supplement, smartly

 

These are habits that are aquired over time, the more concious you are of your choices and the more you make better choices the better you will feel, you'll start to feel when certain foods effect you negatively and you can eliminate these foods. 

Know this, you will fail. Failing is okay and part of the program. Something will happen that will set you back and you will have to start again, but the more and more you start again, the easier and easier it will be and the less and less time it will take to begin again. 

Hormone imbalances can be fixed. You deserve to live a life of energy, feeling good, and wanting to do more activities.
