Grocery List for 5 Day Clean Eating Group

Grocery list:

This list is for 1 person! Multiply as needed.

 

Breakfast every day will be your choice of:

 

Shakeology (please do not substitute some other protein

shake! This is full of amazing ingredients, though if you have it already you

know this!)

OR 1 egg over 1 cup of spinach (cooked), optional 1 slice of

whole wheat toast

OR ½ c nonfat greek yogurt with fresh fruit

OR 1 cup oatmeal with ¼ cup nuts

 

 

SO decide what you’ll have and shop accordingly . . .

 

The assumption is that you have olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, curry powder, cumin, oregano, and chili powder

 

Grocery list for the rest:

Baby greens (1 container)

1 lb carrots

1 container sprouts (alfalfa, clover, that kind of thing)

2 cucumbers

1 container grape tomatoes (or 2 regular tomatoes)

1 jicama

fresh herbs - basil, cilantro, parsley, dill (if you like it-

definitely get cilantro)

4 red peppers

2 sweet potatoes

2 beets

I head cauliflower

1 fennel bulb

onions

garlic

ginger root (fresh, not powdered)

1 small head broccoli

2 zucchini

 

black beans (canned is okay)

corn tortillas

brown rice

quinoa

 

2 chicken breasts OR 1 block tofu (optional)
