Struggling getting motivated today? This week? Here are some tips to get you thinking in the right direction! 

-Create a vision board. Where do you want to be in 30 days? 60 days? 6 months? 1 year? 
(Creating a vision for yourself creates discipline)
-Focus on the reward 
(How will you feel once you've accomplished your goals? What is something non food related you can reward yourself with?)

-Track your progress 
(If you don't track your progress you won't know how far you've come. This is KEY to success, you are less likely to give up if you seen improvement. BUT remember this is a marathon NOT a sprint and that's OKAY!)

-Follow a plan that works for you
(I can't say it enough. If your plan fits in your life and you enjoy it, the motivation you need on those rough days will come organically!) 

-Find a Success Partner 
(Contrary to some beliefs, this person does not have to workout with you each day. You can check in on facebook, text, email, whatever works for you. But holding yourself and that person accountable toward your goals is important!) 

-Have a Support Group
(This is my favorite. If you have and surround yourself with a group of people that want you to achieve your goals, you are more likely to succeed. THIS IS IT! THIS IS WHY I RUN TEST GROUPS! THIS IS THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL THINKING!)

Remember, life happens. You'll start a week with the most motivation and it's easy to get sick, have extra obligations, etc THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A REASON TO QUIT OR SKIP A DAY. 
It is SO SO SO important to try your best to stay on track. It's so much harder to get going again once you've fallen off your routine! Don't give yourself a reason to! Stick with it! You can do it!
