About Me

I'm a mother to a beautiful daughter who has recently entered the toddler stage of life. I'm finally able to re-establish some balance in my life after becoming a mom. Boy is that a transition! 

I've been a yo-yo dieter for some time. The times I have been the most healthiest and most confident with myself are when created small daily habits that overtime compounded to a better version of myself. Some habits include: drinking more water, working out daily, getting up early, reading and learning about myself, focusing on helping others learn how to create these habits, tracking what I eat, making good food choices. 

There have been a variety of tools that I've acquired over time that have made these habits easier to maintain and easier to re-establish once they get out of whack, because let's face it, no one is perfect. 

I enjoy helping others figure out what works for them and teaching them to establish habits that have helped me and will help them. That's why coaching has become such an important part of my life. It also allows me to feel a sense of productivity and importance while providing a source of income while I stay home with our daughter. 

Some of my hobbies other than my daughter and coaching include: traveling, hanging out with MOPS friends, periscope, reality TV, volleyball, listening to podcasts. 

Some of my struggles in life include: anxiety, depression, maintaining a positive mindset, forgiving myself for past mistakes, allowing others to really get to know me and be a part of my life.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
